2. Programming and simulation

CNC programming: Write CNC processing programs according to the drawings and processing plans.

Program verification: Simulate the processing program through CNC processing simulation software to check the correctness of the program and the feasibility of the processing process.

3. Production and processing

Machine tool debugging: Adjust the machine tool parameters according to the processing requirements, including coordinate system settings, tool compensation, speed and feed, etc.

Part clamping: Accurately clamp the blank on the machine tool to ensure stability during the processing process.

CNC processing: Start the CNC program and perform automated cutting, drilling, milling, turning and other processing operations.

Processing process monitoring: Real-time monitoring of the processing process to ensure product quality and safe machine operation.

4. Quality Inspection

Dimensional Inspection: Use calipers, micrometers, three-coordinate measuring machines and other tools to inspect the dimensional accuracy of the processed parts.

Shape and Position Tolerance Inspection: Check whether the shape and position tolerance of the parts meet the design requirements.

Surface Quality Inspection: Check whether there are scratches, pits, burns and other defects on the surface of the parts.

5. Post-processing

Deburring: Clean the burrs and excess materials on the parts.

Surface treatment: Perform surface treatment such as sandblasting, grinding, polishing, spraying, electroplating as required.

Cleaning: Clean the parts, remove oil and cutting fluid, and ensure that the parts are clean.

6. Packaging and Delivery

Packaging: Protect the qualified products for transportation to prevent damage during transportation.

Transportation: Choose the appropriate transportation method to deliver the products to the customer's designated location safely and promptly.
